re\sync

Product design × engineering

From a watch prompt to a connected health suite.

The project began with one question: how can a useful health action fit into the moment someone actually has? Each iteration expanded that idea—from an adaptive workout engine to a family of focused apps.

V0 · Behavior before brand

Start with the smallest useful moment.

MicroFlow began on the watch: sense recovery and stress, then suggest a movement that fits the next 2, 5, 10, or 15 minutes. MacroFlow explored the same idea for nutrition—turn personal logs into questions, reveal the pattern, and retire the lesson once it sticks.

The engineering idea was a shared state model. The design idea was progressive disclosure: one useful prompt first, deeper evidence only when someone asks for it.

V1 · One suite, stronger signal

The system found a shared identity.

The dark direction brought movement, nutrition, and rest under one re\sync story. Charcoal surfaces and coral accents made the experience feel energetic and immediate.

It proved the suite could feel coherent, but the visual weight competed with the calm, low-pressure behavior the product was trying to encourage.

Two minutes can count.

re\snack offers small movement and breathing breaks that fit between the things you already do. Pick a Bite from the Pantry, or take the one your watch suggests.

A moment for you

Check in before you move on.

Sidekick gives you room to name how the day feels. From there, you can plan what’s next, choose a small reset, or simply close the check-in.

No perfect answer required. Start with the feeling that fits today.

02 · Fuel

Remember the details that matter.

re\stack helps you log food, vitamins, and supplements as they happen. It keeps the context together, then shows useful pairings and timing reminders in plain language.

You can see what works together, what to space apart, and when a medication question belongs with your pharmacist.

03 · Rest

Give tonight a gentler start.

re\spawn helps you notice your sleep rhythm and build an evening around it. A steady wake anchor, a clear wind-down, and a small breathing exercise can make the next step feel manageable.

After a rough night, you get a way forward rather than a grade.

The rhythm is yours

Small moments. One day that feels more like yours.

Move when a gap opens. Notice what fuels you. Make space to rest. Each app stands on its own, and together they help you see the shape of your day.
