Intellectual property

Unless identified as third-party content or licensed otherwise, original text, artwork, visual design, user interface elements, graphic layouts, and source code created by the Developer are owned by the Developer (the “Materials”). You may view and use the Services for personal evaluation. Reproducing, distributing, selling, or commercially exploiting protected Materials without the Developer’s written permission is prohibited, except where permitted by law or an applicable license.

Copyright may protect the specific work in a project, such as its writing, artwork, design, and code, while general ideas, methods, and ways of doing things can have different or more limited protection. Contact the Developer to discuss licensing, collaboration, or building upon a featured project.

Prototypes & liability

Software, calculators, and interactive demos shown here are functional proofs of concept for portfolio and illustrative purposes. They are not professional, financial, medical, or legal advice. Do not rely on them for decisions that require a qualified professional or a production system.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue a project, subdomain, or feature at any time. Prototype results may be inaccurate. Features may contain errors or technical interruptions, and information entered into a temporary prototype may be reset or lost.

To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for losses or damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Privacy & user data

Please do not enter highly sensitive personal information, real financial records, medical records, or production passwords into experimental forms. Data in prototype environments may be wiped or reset without notice.

This portfolio currently has no first-party analytics script. Its accessibility and display preferences are stored in your browser. The subscription form opens an email draft, and your address is sent only if you choose to send it. If you email the Developer, your message and address may be used to reply and, if you request it, to send occasional updates.

Hosting and email providers may process routine technical information needed to deliver their services. Linked projects may have their own forms, storage, or third-party services, so check any project-specific notice before entering information there. The Developer does not sell information submitted through this portfolio.
