Archived from the first design pass: Auto-Mode reads HRV + readiness and morphs the whole watch face between three states. This snapshot keeps the v1 durations (2/5/10/15 min) as designed at the time — the shipping app later moved to research-grounded 1/2/5 min Bites.
The morphing blob, palette, chip list, and duration gates all key off one enum — the engine can never disagree with the UI.
